Complete Dental Care is a General Dental Practice. We aim to exceed expectations by providing expert dental care at a very affordable price and with prompt customer service to our patients. Shailendra Kumar Jain

Dentist, Tauranga

Shailendra did his BDS from India in 1980. After completing his BDS he served in Indian Army for five years. He practiced for 20 years as a private dental practitioner. Dentistry has always been his passion. He keeps on updating his knowledge about the latest advancements in Dentistry and brings them in practice too. His passion towards dentistry led him to providing advanced dental treatments like Orthodontic treatment, Implants and Full mouth reconstruction very successfully, being a general dentist. He firmly believes in “Prevention is better than Cure.” He always likes to inform his patients about their treatment options with the risks & complications involved.

He is married to Kusum, who is the Practice Manager of this practice. They have two lovely daughters.

Kusum Jain

Practice Manager and Receptionist, Tauranga

Kusum has completed her graduation honors in Textiles & Clothing and Diploma in Travel Agency management and Tourism from Mumbai, India. She got married to Shailendra. She preferred to be a housewife to look after their children during the initial phase of her married life. Now she is the Practice Manager of this practice. A very kind hearted, friendly person who likes to look after the patients who come to the practice. She is very straightforward person who is always ready to help people. She enjoys building relationships & trust with our patients and ensures a smooth & relaxed working environment.

Kiran Chouhan

Dental Assistant, Tauranga

After completing her Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she moved to New Zealand. Kiran is our very dedicated Dental Assistant. Apart from looking after the patient’s and the dentist’s need during the dental procedures she likes greeting patients to surgery. She loves to make sure that patient is completely relaxed, and every dental procedure is running fast and smooth.

Lucy

Dentist, Tauranga

Lucy was born and raised in Chengdu, China, however New Zealand has been home for last ten years. After obtaining a Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with Distinction from theUniversity of Otago, she was fortunate enough to be chosen to work at the Dunedin Public Hospital as a Dental/Oral and Maxillofacial House Surgeon. From which she obtained valuable surgical and patient management experience. After living in Dunedin for so many years, she joined the team at Complete Dental Care early this year.
Sheis highly motivated with a strong passion for providing high quality dentistry with a patient-centred approach. She is passionate about improving people’s quality of life via supporting their oral health and building their confidence. She is committed to communicate with patients, to allow informed choices, and to provide the best possible care for her patients.
Sheis fluent in both Mandarin Chinese and English, and would be more than happy to provide Chinese consultations on request.
Outside of work, she enjoysreading, watching movies, horse riding, and surfing. She also loves spending time with all sorts of animals as they help her relax.

Tejal

Dental Assistant

Tejal is working as Dental Assistant with complete Dental. Shewas born and brought up in India and completed her graduation in Pharmacy. Though having different educational background, Dental Assisting has provided her with a variety of great experiences over the course of her career. From greeting patients to assisting chairside, from providing after-care instructions to setting appointments, dental assistants are up close and personal with patients all day long.
